The service

Closet Muse provides wardrobe organization, outfit planning and ranking, shopping discovery, wishlist sharing, and optional photo features. Suggestions, garment identification, weather guidance, product matches, and generated previews are informational estimates. They are not guarantees of identity, authenticity, availability, size, fit, fabric, colour, safety, or suitability.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in method, and use only accounts and images you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account. Standard member accounts can be permanently deleted after confirming the exact account email and account password. Members who use only Google or Apple sign-in first set a password through secure inbox recovery. If Apple private-relay forwarding is unavailable, contact support for recovery assistance. Apple sign-in, when available, does not automatically link an existing Closet Muse account; use your existing sign-in method to keep your records and membership together. Reserved service accounts are managed separately.

Subscriptions

Web memberships are billed at the price shown before checkout and renew until cancelled. Web billing is managed through Stripe. You may cancel through the billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated. Cancel an active subscription before deleting the related account. Native App Store subscriptions, when offered, are governed by Apple’s purchase terms.

Photos, generated results, and content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Closet Muse permission to process and store it only to provide, secure, and operate the features you request. Generated Try On results may be stored privately for later viewing and comparison until you delete them or your account. Do not upload unlawful content or images of another person without permission.

Learning and automated suggestions

When learning is enabled, Closet Muse uses confirmed wears and co-wear combinations to rank clothes from your account. You can pause or reset learned ranking signals. Automated suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect; use your own judgment for weather, dress requirements, garment care, comfort, and safety.

Gift Circle

You control which wishlist hints are shared. Recipients must not misuse another member’s shared information. Other closet, wear, fit, health, mood, and calendar data is outside Gift Circle.

Third-party services and availability

Payments, hosting, transactional email, weather, image analysis, generated try-on, product discovery, and future native-device features may rely on third parties. Those features may be unavailable, delayed, changed, rate-limited, or subject to the provider’s terms, permissions, approval, and retention rules. Apple Calendar and Health features require a compatible native app and device permission; web access alone does not provide them.

Account deletion

Account deletion removes account-linked Closet Muse records and stored media as described in the Privacy Policy. Apple authorization is revoked before its retained credential is erased; a provider failure can require a retry or support assistance. Account deletion does not cancel an active third-party subscription automatically and may not erase provider or infrastructure records retained under their own legal, security, and operational obligations.
